Category Alias |

Enter the alias or the internal name of the section. Alias is used to form Search Engine Friendly (SEF) URLs. If you leave the Category Alias field blank, the value of the Category Title field will be considered as section alias. However, the value will be converted to lowercase, and spaces will be replaced with dashes. Category Alias name consists of lowercase letters and hyphens (-), and no blank spaces or underscores are allowed in it. Alias is used in the URL when SEF feature is activated. |

Select the type of the section being added. The options available are: Public Listing: If this option is selected then you can create unlimited number of categories and multi-leveled categories within the section, and add articles to the categories. The Public Listing option is selected by default. Personal Listing: If this option is selected then front-end users can create categories within the section. However, the front-end users cannot create multi-leveled categories within the section. Also, only limited number of categories can be created within the section. Mixed Listing: If this option is selected then the section will belong to both public and personal type. |
