Description
This is Commerce component field, i.e. this field should be used for product content types. Product Property field allows to set different properties for the product and change product price depending on properties a buyer will choose.

Text (by mask)

Define product properties list by mask:
Property name :: additional price :: symbols color :: checkbox status

, i.e. you have to divide with ‘::’ double colon sign characteristics from each others.

Property name is title of property (size, color and etc.).

Additional price allows to variate product price depending on certain property.

Symbols color is color of property name.

Checkbox status defined  whether property selected or not when seller adds a product.

Allow adding new properties

Yes/No

Allow/Prohibit sellers to add more properties.

Property formatting

Choose the properties display type. This formatting applies for submit article form only.

Number of columns

Text

Set number of columns for properties list. This parameter will be applied if “Property formatting” parameter was set to “Checkbox” or “Radio buttons” positions.

Require Before Order

Yes/No

“Yes” – buyers have to choose at least one product property to purchase product. Otherwise buyers may purchase products without property choosing.

Property type

Dropdown

This parameter take part in field “life” only if “Allow adding new properties” parameter was set to “Yes” position. Set “Date (experimental)” to allow users to add date to product property with in calendar.
