Define receiver, i.e. the person who gets mails from the from. Here are 5 positions:
Email field in the record – mail field plugin takes email from email field plugin of the record.
Administrator – mails will be sent to super administrator (user_id = 62).
Record owner – mails will be sent to record author.
User Enter Email – allow record  author to enter receiver email.
Custom – see “Custom e-mail” parameter.

Define receiver email, set it only if parameter “Send to” is set to “Custom” position.

Message Type

Radio Button

Define message type:
E-mail – send message to receiver email only.
Mighty Message – send message to receiver PM.
Both – send message to both PM and email.

Set “Yes” to save only predefined subjects to DB for analytics.

Set access level for record author’s to have ability to disable mail form for their records. If record’s author has access level less than defined here then mail field form is displayed in the record. Record author should has enough rights to disable mail form in his/her record.

Additional fields schema

Set additional fields scheme by mask (in one line without any breakes):
type:name:label:option:property;
where Type – is type of additional  field text, textarea, checkbox, radio or select;
Name – name attribute of additional field;
Label – label attribute of additional field;
Option – use only with checkbox,radio and select types, it is a string with values divided by ‘|’ vertical line symbol.
